Welcome to SolSnazycat. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of solsnazycat.ca and purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with any policies incorporated into them, including our Shipping Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase from SolSnazycat.

If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you should use the website and make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

If you place an order on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, pricing, and availability information.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of display settings, manufacturing variations, photography, packaging changes, or other factors.

Specifications and product details may occasionally be updated by manufacturers or suppliers.

If we discover a material error affecting a product you ordered, we will contact you where appropriate and may offer a correction, alternative, cancellation, or refund.

Products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

3. Prices and Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, prices on SolSnazycat are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other charges that can reasonably be determined will be shown during checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, brokerage fees, import taxes, or similar charges that cannot reasonably be determined by SolSnazycat in advance may be payable separately as described in our Shipping Policy.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time. A price change will not retroactively change the price of an order that has already been completed unless an obvious pricing error must be corrected and applicable law permits us to do so.

4. Orders

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, shipping information, billing information, and other order details and correcting any errors.

After an order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout.

Please retain your order confirmation and order number for your records.

SolSnazycat may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including because a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or product-information error occurred, payment authorization failed, shipping is unavailable to the destination, or we reasonably believe an order may involve fraud or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the required refund to the original payment method.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include payment services provided by third parties such as Stripe and PayPal.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

Payment providers may conduct fraud, security, identity, or payment-authorization checks according to their own systems and policies.

SolSnazycat does not control whether a third-party payment provider approves or declines a transaction.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and collected where required based on the order, products, customer location, and applicable tax rules.

Customers remain responsible for any taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or similar amounts that are legally payable but cannot reasonably be collected by SolSnazycat during checkout.

7. Shipping and Fulfilment

Some SolSnazycat products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners and may be shipped directly to the customer.

Products from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Processing times, estimated delivery information, tracking, international shipping, customs information, and procedures for delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments are described in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that may arise when goods are not supplied within timeframes required by applicable consumer protection law.

The use of third-party carriers, suppliers, or fulfilment providers does not remove any rights that a customer has against SolSnazycat under applicable law.

8. Address Changes and Cancellations

Customers should carefully check their shipping address and order details before completing checkout.

If you discover an error after ordering, contact info@mail.solsnazycat.ca as soon as possible.

We will generally attempt to accommodate cancellation requests received within 12 hours of purchase, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment or shipment has begun.

This voluntary cancellation procedure does not limit any additional cancellation rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Our Refund and Return Policy forms part of these Terms.

Eligible voluntary returns may generally be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. SolSnazycat does not charge a restocking fee.

We do not offer general product exchanges. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may provide an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect-item claims should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within seven days of delivery.

Nothing in our voluntary return policy limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, coupons, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, or usage limits.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to completed purchases.

We may correct or cancel a promotion where it was published in error, subject to applicable law.

11. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account on the SolSnazycat website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, SolSnazycat, other users, or the security of the website.

12. Acceptable Use

You must not use SolSnazycat for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems, interfere with website operation, distribute malware, misuse customer or business information, or use automated systems in a manner that materially interferes with operation of the website.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the SolSnazycat name, branding, original website text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by SolSnazycat or used with permission.

Third-party product photographs, trademarks, product descriptions, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the website for normal personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit SolSnazycat-owned content without permission except where permitted by law.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services, social-media platforms, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

SolSnazycat is not responsible for independently operated third-party websites that you choose to visit through external links, although this does not affect our obligations relating to services we use to fulfil your order.

15. Website Availability

We work to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security work, technical problems, hosting interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolSnazycat is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use or inability to use the website where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights relating to products, refunds, cancellations, misrepresentations, consumer contracts, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may also be handled directly by payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal according to their respective privacy practices.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia.

However, customers may also have mandatory rights under consumer protection laws applicable in their own province, territory, state, or country. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website, policies, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date.

Changes will generally apply prospectively. The terms and policies applicable to an existing order will not be retroactively changed in a way that removes rights the customer already has.
